Just on the Sorpranos theme - I saw the episode recently after Tony got shot.
A health insurance person came into him in the bed and told him that he was searched while unconscious for his health insurance card.
He was horrified. He went from trying to chat her up to calling her a cunt. He got the lads to track down the paramedic and claimed that he stole a couple of grand from Tony, and threatened him to repay. They knew of course he hadn’t stolen a penny.
Little glimpses every now and again of how these lads were basically a bunch of scumbags,
Also a hint at how the health insurance system in the US is the equivalent of extortion.
All that in one episode along with a lot of other stuff. Genius.
