GNR - Use your illusion 1& 2, Chili Peppers -Blood sugar sex magik, Soundgarden - Badmotorfinger all released along with the Black album, Ten & Nevermind between August & September 91

1991 put the nail in coffin of Hair Metal, that seals it for me.

These 7 iconic albums were all released within a 44 day period in 1991

Got Use your illusion, a Walkman and a skate board for Christmas that year… proper badass

I couldn’t get my head around a double album. A completely alien concept. I wasn’t allowed to to Slane. Gutted I was.
