City are looking for £50m for Tevez.
Who would pay that much given how volatile his mental state is?
I heard Man City are getting ready to offer £55m

Jason Koumas linked with a move to the Owls.
The Eagles scum have been very active in the transfer market this year which is a surprise, they usually are one of the least active clubs in Serie A when it comes to transfers.
Lichsteiner has left for Juve and been replaced by Konko who has been bought from Genoa.
Muslera looks like he is off to Galatasaray in a part exchange deal involving ex Sunderland midfielder Lorik Cana, they are also in talks to bring Marco Parolo in a swap deal for Pasquale Foggia. Federico Marchetti looks set to be Muslera’s replacement in goals and talks are at an andvanced stage for Djibril Cisse, Julian Faubert and West Brom’s Gabriel Tamas.
They have already brought in Miroslav Klose and Bosnian left back Senad Lulic in what has been a very good transfer window for them, thus far.
Fabio Coentrao has completed his move to Real Madrid for €30m.
Liverpool have bid 15M for Stuart Downing (acc to former Villa player Ian Taylor).

It was on SSN last night, and every website and newspaper this morning.
Taylor posted it up yesterday Farmer, I dont follow him so just saw it as a retweet. Was there a problem with me posting it here?
How you feeling about bringing in such talent for 15M?
Liverpool had sounded out the idea of using N’Gog as part of the transfer.£20m for Downing or £23m + N’Gog for Downing.
Villa should at least hold out for 20M GBP. Liverpool would easily spend that you’d imagine. Hard to know what use N’Gog would be to Villa though.
The £15m was turned down flat, looks like they will have to go to £20m , crazy money for Downing.
Walk away Liverpool.
Why don’t they go to Valencia with that 15 million and bid for Juan Mata? Would probably have to bid over the 20 million mark but Mata is ever so slightly better than Downing.
Just because Downing is Andy Carroll’s mate, doesnt mean to say that he should be bought. Looks like Liverpool’s attack will be predictable next season in order to ‘get the best out of Carroll’. I hate that line.
Inter have signed Ricky Alvarez for €11.8m. I have a feeling letting this one slip through their fingers will come back to haunt Arsenal.
Stefan Savic has joined Man City.
Would mean 442 if Downing comes in too - seems like would be Henderson, Gerrard, Lucas, Downing - dont think it will suit them. That would be to the detriment of Suarez imo and built solely for Carroll in the air.
Downing is an incredibly cowardly footballer too, one paced and will rarely take his man on the outside. An inoffensive type of player, generally takes the safe option but given time and space can create a chance and was decent last season in getting in at the back post. Id rank Ashley Young a vastly superior attacking player to be honest.
Downing is above average English EPL quality, Liverpool seem to be stockpiling those types at present. Downing was crazily overpriced when Villa first bought him for 12m when injured, if we get 20m now then of course he can go. Still think Villa can hold on to him tho, bound to have a good season with Euro 2014 coming up and we can flog him then (with only a year left on his contract).
Villa being linked to Alan Hutton I saw earlier for 3m. Didnt think Walker would be allowed stay on alright. Hutton has seemed ok coming forward under Redknapp but not sure how much of a defender he is.
You know much about him Totti? Let me rephrase, can you fill me in on him.
Not too much mate, he’s been at the heart of a very miserly Montenegro defence in qualifying and had a 10 day trial at Arsenal last season. Seems to have done really well at Partizan and I’d imagine he is one for the future rather than someone who will go straigth into the starting XI.
I wonder if that will be the end of City’s defensive purchasing for the summer. Hope Mancini can pull off a long awaited league title for us.
Nice to see City begining to make some waves in the market. Their side is pretty strong regardless, but I doubt the owners could go through the market without launching some astronomical bid somewhere. I still see a sneaky play for Zlatan in the offing.
