He called that Kk wouldn’t beat the handicap. Give it as an 8/9 pt game.
This KK keeper who is supposed to be the best keeper in the country, had a glaring weakness exposed today.
Quaid is the best keeper in the country, pal.
Looks like that at the minute.
Who said he was the best in the country?
Cork are a great bet for munster now.
Poor showing. We only really hurled for 20 minutes after half time and that got us through.
Players that played well? None really. Fb line fast asleep for the first goal, mistakes for the third and fourth.
Midfield below average. Did Eoin Larkin hit a ball out of his hand all day? Colin Fennelly was deplorabe, his speed was the only thing keeping him on the field ahead of Taggy in the first half. The two Richies were the best of the forwards.
Subs did nothing.
The King and Tayto can’t come back quickly enough.
Marty Morrissey interviewing Brian Cody there. Seemed to be shitting it after what happened the last time.
Cody is some boring git. ‘Well you know Marty, the game is 72/73 minutes long and 35/36 minutes a half…’

They weren’t up for it at all. No harm in that giving they have another match to play before a Leinster final. I’d rather see them improve as we go along than come out and bate the Biffos by 25 pts. Fennelly is badly missed, forget about Henry altogether.
For the year? What have you heard?

I heard the outlook for Henry is poor. Even if he was back in July I’m afraid with all his injuries and illness recently he surely wouldn’t be able for high intensity championship stuff[/quote]
She appeared to be from the angle given, but age could have been an issue o_O
Clare - Munster Champions 2013:clap:
Kilkenny are fuck all without Shefflin. No structure to their forwards, no penetration, no goals.
This is based on Limerick dealing with Tipp for ye?
Said it earlier. One man team. But in fairness, what a man.
Cork were the big winners today. Now they’re waiting in the long grass. It’s opening up for them like 1999 all over again.

Poor enough show alright. Offaly’s indiscipline unreal. Completely undermined their good performance. Their supporters were raging with ref but they just kept fouling. A few unnecessary fouls after the ball was gone were especially costly. Larkin won man of match. Even though he was unerring with frees it was a ridiculous decision considering Hanniffy cleaned him out. Both midfielders and Hogan looked good in second half. JJ and Joyce were particularly poor as were nearly all the subs. I thought Conor Fogarty was excellent. Didn’t give Shane Dooley a sniff of it. Richie Power is infuriating. He has it all but never seems to quite deliver outside early league games.
McDonald, Kenny, Hanniffy, Parlon and Carroll very good for Offaly. I think Bergin got three goals and only touched the ball about 5 times. If Offaly get Currams fully fit and play one of Dooley, Currams or Bergin on half forward line they’ll be competitive against most teams. I’d probably replace Healion with Paul Cleary too as he’s not quite so slow. Otherwise Healion needs his midfielders to sit a bit back a bit more.
I think both managers would have been happy enough afterwards. KK have plenty to work on and Offaly were competitive.
Goal from Bergin was as good as you’ll see.
Tommy Walsh had a special hurl especially for sideline cuts. Hurl carrier exchanged it each time and left his normal one right beside him. Seems a bit unnecessary for a lad who’s not exactly going for scores.
Tullamore is a fantastic venue for championship matches.
Highlight of the day (other than seeing Tipp beaten) was seeing the delectable Joanne Cantwell in the flesh.
Tells its own story.
If your mind is focused, you really want something bad enough and you have the necessary planing and preparation done… then you’ll be hard stopped.
