Teams? Report?

Its a secret.

North Championship games were played this afternoon & last night so Tipp would have been missing a good few. Wouldn’t read too much into this result at all.

Hopefully Clare are bate.

“Typical challenge… hard to know what to make of it… galway team was callanan, moore, kavanagh, hynes, coen, cooney, flaherty, harte ,daly, regan, glynn, donnellan, hayes, canning cooney… they were very sluggish in the first half… second half tony regan, bernard burke haran grealish and donohue came on… Twas a niggly enough affair… Our defence was excellent in the second half… just looking at the fringe players… glynn looks to have wintered well… Bernard Burke played well”

Above was robbed from Galway Board.

Great too see Barry Daly back in the reckoning. Heard we were poor enough. They had a tough session yesterday morning so very hard to read anything into these games.

Who’s the tossy hamill chap on the tipp subs?

Thomas Hamill.

It’s Bonner Maher. Not Bonnar Maher. For fuck sake. It’s after Packie Bonner. So we were told last year.

Cheers KP and CH. would be interesting to see Galway meet tipp this year I think.

Center back on Minor All Ireland winning team last year. Surprised you had to ask tbh.

Tossy bit threw me

Kilkenny’s John Tennyson has decided to retire from senior inter-county hurling.

Limericks year.

Yeah, the poor lad is ruined with injuries. He was very dodgy in a club game recently. Cody would never trust him to give him game time so it’s probably best that he hang it up. He is still only 28 or so. He had more good days than bad for Kilkenny. 2006 final being the standout moment playing centre back.

Sad case all the same. He was a savage hurler on his day, real pity to see a 28 yr old destroyed by injury so young.

That generation of KK players will all be crippled in years to come due to the demands made of them by Sir Brian.

That is the unfortunate truth, they’ll all have the medals that’s for sure but they’ll also have the joints to prove that they were the toughest team ever to play the game. FFS making a fellow with an ACL injury play an All Ireland final shows no regard for player welfare.

But Ger Hartmann placed his magic hands upon and he was healed.

He had a fine game for a fella seriously injured all the same.

They should have sent him in corner forward and he woulda been grand.
