Liam Dunne and Demented Davy could make for a heated confrontation on the sideline next weekend.
That result only papers over our cracks. Fucking 13 of the Clare starting players scored. FFS if Brian lohan ever scored under loughnane he’d have been fucked off the panel for being too far from home. Fellas running all over the place clueless like blue arsed flies
Kilkenny naming dummy teams. How embarrassing is that.
Desperate , at least you could see shovlin was genuinely embarrassed warming up
I’d say so, Kelly anyway.
Tipp simply don’t have forwards that can win their own ball. It wasn’t a lack of effort in fairness.
Lar was going well before the injury, cunt behind me nearly caused a riot shouting where’s your Lar now after he went down.
Kudos to Paudie and Brendan Maher and Cahill.
Paul Murphy is some bit of stuff.
Paul Murphy is just different class, an absolute gem of a hurler.
As regards the Tipp team, bar Paudie Maher, Michael Cahill, Brendan Maher & Conor O’Mahony the rest were bet up a stick. Kilkenny just bullied our forwards out of it completely. In fairness both sets of backs dominated but KK’s forwards were just so more economical with possession.
Probably the end of Kelly, Cummins, O’Brien ( no loss ), Lar & Curran. To be fair they have given great service and can go with their heads held high.
The cunts left, ala Bonnar, Callinan, Noel McGrath and Shane McGrath need to have a long look at themselves after tonight. Totally unwilling to do the dirty hard work are they, credit to Bubbles as at least he mixed it somewhat.
As regards KK, they will build on this result and with the injuries clearing up its gonna take some team to beat them. At 6/4 outright now i am going to lump on. They are some bunch of hurlers, the drive of them tonight after last weekends result was savage.
Unreal atmosphere in Nowlan park this evening. Best I’ve ever experienced at a hurling game. I couldn’t care less if the blaas bate the shite out of us next week, tonight was hugely important to Kilkenny.
The cheer when Shefflin came on was something else, i don’t think they would cheer as loud if they won an All Ireland.
4 of the starting tipp forwards taken off
There seems to be a big difference in opinion on the quality of match between those who were in attendance and who watched on TV.
The fielding of the Kilkenny half back line was superb but most of it was under very little pressure. Tipp forwards were a show. If that was the Kilkenny of 4 years ago they’d have won by 12 points
Kk still to get Fennelly and shefflin back , they are huge. Very intense game but finishing on both sides was poor.
I thought it was a free riddled contest with loads of aimless play and poor shooting.
But the championship will move up a notch from tomorrow on with the Leinster Final and things will really kick on from there now your Antrims, Westmeaths, Tipperarys and Carlows are gone.
They should of won by 10 tonight The Runt, they hit 6 poor wides in the second half.
When Bergin came on and got a score yet the forwards couldn’t, well that sums up our crowd. O’Shea better have fucking learned from this or we are looking at another 10 years winning fuck all. The quality of the game was so so really but it was tense as fuck there.
Fair play to the KK fans in the terrace, graceful after winning & no shit talk heard.
It seemed quite a tame atmosphere on the TV, but then again it’s hardly surprising that it’s the best a Kilkenny fan has ever experienced.

Makes a change from last Saturday then.
The biggest cheer heard on tv came from the said kk terrace when lars hammer went ?
In my biased opinion Michael Cahill has been the best hurler in the country so far this year.
How do you experience an atmosphere through a tv screen you clown
Not from the terrace in fairness, he went down in front of the stand. I wouldn’t say the KK went over the top tbh.
KK fans are alright sorts in general. Its those fucking blahs that do my head.
I thought woodlock did alright. At least he brought a bit of drive to the Tipp attack.
It was very audible , i remember clare fans doing the same when leahy went down in 2001 and its horrible to hear
