John Part versus Keegan Brown the match for me.

Anyone know what happened to Mark Webster? Excellent player on his day - not so long ago since he beat Taylor on this stage.

EDIT: In November, Webster lost to Jay Foreman 4–2 in the Grand Slam of Darts Wild Card Qualifier which meant that he failed to play in the event for the first time. (Wiki)

Appears he has fallen out of form.

Anderson with Van Gerwen.
Lewis with Taylor.

And it seems I was mistaken earlier as Mark Webster is in the draw and is on course to play Taylor in the second round!

Anderson averaged 104 in the Players Championship he just won, that is absolutely insane. But I can’t trust the Flying Scotsman on the doubles and won’t be taking the 7/1 on him winning this.

MVG hasn’t been at his best lately, but I’ll be steaming into the 3/1 with Boylesports. He’ll blow them all away if he brings his A game.

James Wade is playing really well and looks a decent e/w punt at 14s, Barney overpriced at 40s and Mervyn King has had a good season and could give his supporters a good run at 66/1.

I agree with @farmerinthecity , the John Part V Keegan Brown is undoubtedly the tie of the first round.
