Lewis hit a nine darter in the first set and battered Barney all the way but missed 30 odd darts at doubles to hand the game to a bowl of jelly that is now Ray Van Barneveld.

Lewis throws a 9 darter to take the first set, he’s averaging over 107 in the second set but Barney holds his serve throughout to level it. Lewis continues to hit huge scores and takes out a 155 and 157 but Barney finds a way of staying it in, thanks in no small way to Lewis missing loads of doubles. The key double he missed was the double 7 to win the match in the sixth set, Barney hit his double to take us to a decider and in fairness Barney was superb in the deciding set and took an unlikely victory.
