2014 Club Championships

Dromintee had three players playing in jeans in tonights Armagh SFC match against Crossmaglen. :D:D:D Supposedly a protest over not rescheduling the match due to wedding.

It was an Armagh SFC Quarter-Final.

They were losing 2-20 to 0-00 at HT.:eek:

The magic of the Armagh SFC.

Can’t spell Dromintee without denim. The team was made up entirely of oul’ fellas.

No easy games in the Armagh SFC.

That’s terrible as they’ve a great tradition of football in dromintee. It’s in their jeans up there.

Was Dyas playing?

They’ll rightly feel very short-changed here.

Pity all the Wrangleing couldn’t get sorted out

Players in jeans is a real turn up for the books. The lads playing tonight weren’t a patch on the regular team. I’d say they took a few belts out there tonight, literally.

A couple of the auld fellas were panting from the throw-in. Just not fit enough.

Dromintee played with real zip.

One of the lads let fly with a shot early on but that was as good as it got for them.

One of them also apparently took a phone call during the match. :D:clap:

Crossmaglen finished with six players. The rest of the team went away early to warm down.

One of the more mobile players on the night.

The Dromintee management team were as good as their word when they said they’d play with flare.

It was a good response from him after a difficult first ten minutes.

Aaron Kernan marking his direct opponent.

Is that cross through now or was it a two-legged affair?

I heard a couple of the dromintee lads came up from dublin for the game. I wonder can they claim for Diesel.
