Sexton having a 'mare. 400k a year in France isnât it?
Given how dominant they have been England should be out of sight here. Aside from a 10 minute spells in both halves Ireland have offered little in attack.
his fucked up restart led to the try. Ryle on about the knock he got. Billy Keane was at the same thing after the NZ game saying he had 2 injuries at the time of the last missed kick. FFS if you are that injured come off.
Irish rugby football players are never blamed for any mistake, performance or result. There is always mitigating circumstances - â6 day turn aroundâ, refereeing decisions, bad luck, injuries, weather conditions etc.
A week of listening to âall the guys in the dressing room are hurting. Weâre still world class. Just a pity we canât replicate the Heineken Cup feats.â

Whats your point?
For a fella with no interest in the game you waffle some amount of shite about the sport.

His point is that the Irish rugby team get off very fucking lightly when they lose and individual players donât suffer the same scorn a football player would. The cunts enjoy all the plaudits and hype and none of the criticism most professional sports persons do.
Have you thought about approaching your local TD with the complaint, pal?
Nah, their record in the nations cup and world cup nullifies the complaint really. They are dog shit.
Why all the angst so? This Rugby crack is achieving levels of mediocre way above your wildest dreams.
A-fucking-men to that.
The soccer lads - who unlike their rugby brethern play the national anthem before ALL matches and stand behind the tricolour - get slaughtered when they lose to top class teams like Spain, Germany and Italy. The rugby football crowd are never subjected to any criticism whatsoever.
Beat the Italian pub team next time out and these lads will be world class once more.
Delighted that Michael Corcoran, Franno, Gerry Thornley, Ryle, Tony Ward and all those other assorted cunts are devastated tonight. Eddie Halvey too.

I take it the soccer lads you are referring to is the Eire team? The tricolour is the state flag for Eire. Soccer is the only mainstream sport on this island that operates on a partitionist basis. That soldiers song is an awful maudlin musical composition in any case.
The Eire soccer team hasnât won a match of any consequence since they beat the Netherlands back in 2001. The criticism that has been heaped upon them has been fully justified.

Ireland has qualified for eight major association football finals tournaments in its history.
The Ireland rugby team has never qualified for a major finals tournament.
At least they donât have to pay back their government after losing.
Impressed by both teams at different times, but more so by Englands mentality.
Itâs clear Sexton canât handle the schedule in France he was making very fatigued decisions and kicks. He probably should have been taken off around 55/60 in hindsight.
Murray falls off far too many tackles, he tends to hit and not wrap. Itâs dreadful technique at this level.
Very good intense and tactical game.

The Irish rugby team donât have a government as they donât represent a nation.
They actually have 2.
Very disappointing to see that so few of our fans stayed to see the ladies gamely battle for another triple crown.

Youâre well wide of the mark there. The Ireland rugby team has a 100% qualification record for the rugby World Cup, successfully emerging from their qualifying group with Romania and Georgia to qualify for the 1999 renewal of the William Webb Ellis Trophy. Ireland pulled off a notable win over Russia in Krasnoyarsk and then Georgia at Lansdowne Road to qualify for the 2003 World Cup.
Krasnoyarsk is a tough place to go.
Sick saying this but rugby generally and 6 nations rugby in particular is not a sporting event for most viewers (in ground and in the pubs) and much more a social/corporate event. Fuckers.
It is darts for social climbers.
