2015 All Ireland Football Championship - FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAKE IT STOP

James o donoghue could get badly hurt against Tyrone.he’s been butchered for 3 penalties already. I worry for football.hopefully the kingdom can save it by beating Tyrone just like they saved it by beating the system last year against donegal

The amount of Dublin games McQuillan refs is unbelievable.

Brolly should watch Pa Cronin’s display of diving in the 2013 final to shake off some of his innocence with respect to hurling. One of the most disgusting displays I’ve ever seen on a hurling field. The cunt threw himself on the ground any time the ball came anywhere near him. If I recall correctly JBM was never made to answer for it either.

Horan on the matter.

But if it were a Tyrone hurler, we’d never have heard the end of it.

It’s a disgrace. An absolute farce at this stage and one that not half enough fuss is made about.

Not only the amount but the manner. The phantom free that decided the 2011 final, telling o connor there was time left when he pointed at the end of 2013 only to then blow up. I presume the sunday game will discuss this. Oh its dublin, and the gaa need dublin, and getting kids in south dublin playing gaa is the organisations primary objective. Ah never mind.

Horan calling Parker out on citing incidents where there has been no proof of happening.

Parker: “There could be a difference in what they’re saying” trying to excuse Donaghy from goading.

He also keeps citing how there was no aggro between Monaghan and Donegal this year, did he miss the needle between them in the finals in the previous two years? Did he miss the relatively passive games between Donegal and Tyrone in 2012 and 2013?

He’s a fucking idiot and keeps on protesting a balanced view.

I actually place a lot of responsibility for the 2011 defeat on Andy Moran. It took Mayo long enough to get back into it and his antics towards the hill actually put me off them that year

Horns makes one valid point about context and he is right that Cork and Kerry and anyone else deserves the same punishment t, but his absolving of McCann is ridiculous. McCann goaded the public about it. That for me says it was not a mistake, it was something he was totally comfortable with. That also indicates an acceptance by his peers or team mates and management.

The bull shit about not knowing what they are saying is farcical. Who cares, diving and goading (especially after scores or winning) is disputable carry on. He is right to pick out Donagh, he should have seen several yellows and even reds for haranguing refs and all his bullshit, the clown is hardly liked in Kerry.

And there should be an end of season review and it should be done the right way and the gaa are a shower of fucking clowns who don’t have a clue. But that shouldn’t absolve those scumbags.

It’s a retarded interview and Get whatshisname failed to challenge horn on basic facts.

Donaghy, the half Tyrone man?

Paker: “There could be a difference in what they’re saying.”

Defending the difference between the likes of Kerry’s treatment and Tyrone’s treatment for the same offence and he’s trying to say he is balanced and has nothing against Tyrone. The incidents he cites are selective and completely expose him to the point he is trying to make.

Is he? Who cares, he’s a knobend anyway.

There is a difference between one off incidents and systematic cheating

The GAA don’t like punishing big name players or personalities.

Look at the way Colin Lynch was treated disgracefully in '98. A trumped up charge. The lad barely gave an interview during his career, he wasn’t a high profile media whore.

That would never happened to someone like Shefflin or Donaghy. A big name with the media profile to go with it. They’d never have made an example of them. Diarmuid Connolly cleared for an AI final after a deserved red card in the semi final.

McCann is a relatively low profile intercounty player and they’ve gone after him with a severe eight week ban. What he did was embarrassing but a one game ban and public warning over future conduct would have dealt with it sufficiently.

The GAA rule book just needs to be overhauled and completely remodelled. The stuff people get away with up and down the country because they have clout and influence is embarrassing. It goes on in every county, no point saying otherwise. Look at how Brian Gavin got off only last week…

They’re not one off incidents.

Look at Kerry’s past 5 or 6 Championship matches for instance. How many black cards did Kerry pick up in the league campaign this year? There is enough of a trend there with any serious county when it comes down to tight, close games. It would be grand if Tyrone were playing sides who are not serious teams like Limerick, Sligo and Tipperary the whole time, when it comes to the big games, the serious teams will have little compassion about crossing the line to win - all of them.

All that happened was that the McCann incident brought it all to a head. If he s the fall guy so be it
I m sorry, I have no sympathy for him . Its irrelevent where hes from. He brought it to a head.

Has McCann apologised yet? Has Harte shown any contrition?

Breaking tonight, McCann has removed himself from the Tyrone panel.

Has removed or was asked to remove himself?
