The GAA don’t like punishing big name players or personalities.

Look at the way Colin Lynch was treated disgracefully in '98. A trumped up charge. The lad barely gave an interview during his career, he wasn’t a high profile media whore.

That would never happened to someone like Shefflin or Donaghy. A big name with the media profile to go with it. They’d never have made an example of them. Diarmuid Connolly cleared for an AI final after a deserved red card in the semi final.

Tomas O’Se was banned for the Kerry-Down quarter-final in 2010 on video evidence.

It depends on which they decide.

But on the proviso that Tyrone people don’t boycott the match, it’s 100% certain that the upper tier of the Cusack will be open.
