Can you throw up the relevant rule from the rule book that confirms that when a foul starts outside the box a penalty can be given if it continues inside the box?
It would be the same one that states when a foul is made inside the box a penalty is awarded.
Incorrect.
I suggest you consult the rule book and then come back to me
I suggest you to show me the rule that says when an attacking player is fouled in the box a free kick is awarded.
Out. Standing.
Can you give me the names of all the gobshites who have outed themselves here by claiming that if you foul someone outside the box and inside the box that you have to give a free if the first foul was outside the box?
That sort of stupidity from a whole rake of posters really beggars belief. I’m occasionally flabbergasted by just how thick some people can be.
Oh dear
Yes, @Rocko. I have compiled the following list of imbeciles:
@tazdedub
@Mac
@count_of_monte_crist
@Elvis_Brandenberg_Kr
@Steven_Naimsith
@caoimhaoin
@gola
Most of these lads come from hurling/rugby counties so wouldn’t have a clue so it’s understandable if not acceptable, a dunce hat avatar would be appropriate just so we know not to engage them seriously on football topics.
An occasional flabbergasting is probably healthy for a man in your condition.
Free the dunce hat seven! (Fuck me, this thread just keeps giving and giving).
Named and shamed. I propose a 50 year ban for all of them
I notice 5 of these charlies have access to the Members’ Area; maybe their membership should be revoked? I’d hate to think these 5 idiots are mixing with the upper echelons of the TFK fraternity.
The other 2, nobody gives a fuck about anyway.
fuck me, a list of the most detestable posters on this site
Just looking back on the game, its fair to say Maurice may have gotten a few decisions wrong. For example, how he didn’t black card Justin McMahon for his hand trip on Cooper which allowed McNabb hit him with the full frontal is beyond me. But all in all, despite a few small errors such as that, I think he can be more than happy with his days work.
he also missed a blatant attempt by Sean Cavanagh to take out Crowley too. Crowley was taken out of it behind play and the umpire seemed to see it but couldnt get Deegans attention before play moved up to the other end of the field. Cynical horrible shit from Cavanagh as ususal.
Now that you mention it, watching Cavanagh over the course of the game (incidentally I firmly believe the best view in Croke Park is from the upper tier), its unbelievable the amount of off the ball shit he initiates. Its disappointing to see that come into his game as I dont recall seeing it in the early parts of his footballing career.
it always happens once you get older. You get more niggly and cynical as you cant last the pace anymore. Sean Cavanagh is the typical example of that.
also, the stats from the game dont really stack up that Tryone had all the chances and left it behind them
