2015 Club Championships - the lads are STILL at it

Some bizarre Castlebar substitutions.

Taking off Keane and then a county player seem mental. A runner and a cool head is exactly what they need.

That was brilliant from O’Reilly

Castlebar by 1.

In injury time.

Stop fucking whinging will ya

McKenna comes on in injury time.

What was that for?

Danny Kirby is surely worth a shot with Mayo.

Great game.

The timekeeping is ridiculous in GAA, start a few dust ups in injury time is the foolproof way to see out any game.

Castlebar completely dominated the middle of the pitch in the second half, leaving McKenna on the bench until injury time cost Cross that.

Great to see a Mayo team not choking

Why did added time change from 3 to 4 mins?

You never have a problem with it when Tyrone are doing it? Ref should stop the watch every time it starts though

I have commented on this matter consistently, it’s just a general criticism.

I was wondering were my eyes playing tricks

They fairly fucked it away. Should have been out of sight at ht.

Fair enough, it makes shite of a lot of games:

Yes and the only way to combat it is to add it on.

I forget who was reffing the McKenna Cup final this year but he played well over the allotted injury time when Derry were at it which allowed Tyrone to equalise. It’s such an obvious tactic these days that it’s amazing most referees don’t have the common sense to counter it.

Great win for Castlebar. Never paniced despite being 5 points down.

Hope they finish the job now

Very rare to see a Cross team lose the rag as they did there at the death, was it Aaron Kernan who chased the water boy down into the dugout? Rookie shit.

The average intelligence levels of many IC referees is pretty low.

Eddie and Maurice notwithstanding, I’d go as far as saying they’re possibly the greatest ever football referees.

When have thet choked?
