I am not saying that. The thurles one is a rare exception. And have no problem with such a situation. And if they are just a game then if someone needs to miss the game they miss the game.
But in general life has to go on. Arrangements can be adjusted.
What we don’t do well is abusing situation like deaths.
@myboyblue - this is a perfect example of what most people would do given the option. Have no problem with such a family being asked their thoughts. However games are called off without question often in far less connected circumstances.
Very rare this would be abused, can’t think of any instance personally at least. It’s generally a direct relative of a player or when it’s someone heavily involved in the particular club, albeit not with the particular team.
You claimed some Gaa clubs were operating at a higher HP level than Premier League Soccer teams you ape. The player nearly fell over laughing at your claim you idiot.
I said counties you fucking sneaky cunt. And they are. And McGuinness made similar comments a few days later.
A few of the EPL clubs are an absolute mess.
Some of the less financially well off are doing well by their use of Sports Science and High Performance whereas the clubs who rely on just buying in players are not doing as well as they should.
Dublin certainly would be better than a number of EPL clubs in their professionalism and HP approach.
Another really poor result for Cork clubs in the hurling. Ballygunner are no great shakes and were without, after 20 seconds anyway, 2 of their best players and they still won very comfortably on the face of it.
Cuala, Castlebar, Corofin all cruise thru.
All Leinsrer club games look a bit more competitive.
