RTE report just estimated that the total cost to the state courtesy of Sean Quinn is in excess of €3 billion. You’ll be glad to know you’ll be paying some of that as an insurance levy for years to come.

I nominate Sean Quinn for COTY 2015. It’s time for this competition not to be concerning itself with media no-marks and reward some big fish.
