Son of Dublin footballer Mick Deegan, he of the pulled up socks at corner back. Presume he moved out there at some point, but yea. No rules being broken, but.

The Ulster draw is very lopsided with Donegal, Cavan, Derry and Tyrone on one side. I’d be fairly certain the winner will be one of these four though Monaghan won the corresponding Ulster minor of 2013 and should reach the Ulster final.

Tyrone have lost all their starting defenders from last season but look very strong from midfield up. This is the same age group as were 2013 AI minor runners up although the star of that team, Conor McKenna is now in the AFL.

Donegal have an awful lot of their U21s involved at senior level so they would be my tip for Ulster and AI this year.

The full forward on the victorious all Ireland under 21 team from a couple of years back played for that club.

Who was that?

Can’t remember his name, google it or ask @Bisto.

Cant blame them really, I wouldn’t play for Meath either if asked.

Sure Ashbourne might as well be in Dublin.

20 mins drive to Finglas, he’d be as well off heading back home altogether.

A very soft minor title we won in '13. McAnespie and mcCarthy the only 2 from that team to make any shapes since.
Agreed, Donegal look in the best shape.

Very new Dublin team - little leftover from last year’s. Surprised Murchan not starting - must be injured. No shite talk from the Meath chairman about the Dublin floodlights tonight

Its the same player.

Excellent news. O’Carroll should be fit for next week now.

Another one, the Dublin sub keeper is Mikey Quinn, son of Niall.

There was nothing muc h in any of them. Double yellows and a yellow.and black. It was a right good game. Con o Callaghan was the difference between the teams. He kicked about 1-4 from play and a good few frees to.

Fucking Offaly. They were meant to be among the favourites this year.
