aye there was some divide up for Tralee alright, MBB but jez and that was about 90 years ago
Just saying the GAA stepped in and did it before, and were right to do so. Shame it doesn’t happen nowadays.
Ah that’s great stuff.
A last minute goal to beat the all-conquering townies. Can’t bate that.
Stradbally will be burnt to the ground tonight if anyone tries to close it down. Dan Dunnes will be off the hook.
true. wasn’t an attempt made successfully to set up a 2nd club in Portlaoise about 10 years ago but it didn’t last? who did that play out exactly MBB?
Crazy that Portlaoise has just one club and that tiny place Arles is split about 45 different ways into a few clubs!!
A vintage display from Stradbally. They produced a late rally to thresh the townies dominance. A rich harvest for a rural club.
Never stood a chance. Got little or no support, no Juvenile structures and could t get into the Portlaoise club dominated schools. A clusterfuck.
Arles has been done to death on here, a massive clusterfuck.
You know your stuff :strokeschin:
I am a aficionado of agricultural machinery , particularly vintage. A great day out . I like Stradbally and delighted for them. Hope they don’t scorch earth !!
Kilcar in Donegal, which would be much smaller than Killarney and its outer environs have a forward line that could rival that no problem.

Stasis is never beneficial to any county team

No listened to a good honest report from the radio.
“Weather didn’t suit them” etc…
They’ve three lads between 16 and 18 apparently in the club. Some going to be where they are now considering the resources they have.
