2016 College Football: The Road to Tampa, FL

Are you watching it? Gutted BT/ESPN are not showing it. Good enough game on the go here though, much vaunted Bruins QB Josh Rosen has thrown some bad balls though.

Itā€™s on ABC so Iā€™m watching it on USTVnow. Fournette seems to have woken up, LSU got a good drive going here.

Wisconsin have just pushed the self destruct button. Two turnovers have just given LSU two quick TDs.

Great win for the Badgers, easily the better team tonight.

Theyā€™re all doing the Lambeau Leap now.

UCLA come back from the dead to score 15 points in 2 mins or so to tie us up at 24-24 with 2:34 left. Josh Rosen has been superb in the 4th quarter.

Aggies 3 and out in a minute, UCLA with a great chance to pull off a sensational victory now.

Michigan blowing out UCF 21-0, and itā€™s not even the end of the first quarter, in the live early game.

Very poor slate of games this week.

Upset watch.

Troy only down by 3 at Clemson at the start of the 4th.

Week 2 is always poor

Clemson pulling away now, 17 points ahead. #9 Georgia struggled to a 26-24 over no hopers Nicholls, that would have been a monumental upset. #22 Oklahoma State went down 30-27 at home to Central Michigan who scored on a Hail Mary then a lateral as time expired, check out the play hereā€¦

Enjoy. Great way to see the US and meet the locals.

Lived there till I was 2 more or less, but yeah it is. I was at Jerryā€™s World last year for Alabama-Wisconsin. Great to be at such an impressive stadium (it is far and away the best stadium Iā€™ve ever been to) and the cool thing was with only c. 70k there out of the 90k odd capacity, we could switch sides at half time. First time at a proper home game though.

That sounds tremendous Tim, Iā€™ve always wanted to go to a game in South Bend.

Yeah really looking forward to it, itā€™s quite cool to go somewhere where the game has been played for nearly 90 years, not usual in American sports. Looking forward to soaking up the gameday atmosphere. Penn State should be special as well. We were looking at going to Michigan at Michigan State but plumped for ND in the end as itā€™s still a good rivalry game (vs Miami) and the Michigan rivalry game is in East Lansing and not Ann Arbour.

Speaking of South Bend. After a very sloppy 1st quarter on both sides of the ball, Notre Dame found their rhythm in the 2nd to lead 25 - 0 at halftime.

Some spectacle at the Bristol motor speedway as Tennessee and Virginia Tech are about to lock horns, unreal.
