2017 All Ireland Senior Football Championship

Think he came on. I was only posting it up for the two lads to argue it out a bit more to be honest.

Christ of almighty I’m all for the spirit of reconciliation but I’m not going to go marching with them on the 12th.

The U21 fullback line looked far better than yesterday’s showing.

I believe Cavan were winning in the 47th minute when Quinlavin was introduced.

Happy with my prognosis that Quinlavin would play a decisive role. I would also like to point out that @croppy_boy selectively edited my post and removed the bit where I said it was an evenly matched tie.

Probably because they were playing against u21s mate

Great shout

Incredible. It’s like you actually looked into the future to see what would happen and it turned out exactly the way you said it would.

Top, top predicting.

To be fair if I was being selective I would have left it at ‘Cavan should win’.

I think even @Nembo_Kid 's harshest TFK critics would admit he’s comfortably been the foremost football championship tipster this season.

Most outsiders thought a Donegal-Monaghan Ulster Final was nailed on, especially after Donegal routed Tyrone in the league and Monaghan were widely perceived to be on the soft side of the draw. Not only did he consistently express serious reservations about Monaghan, he explicitly and steadfastly stated that Tyrone were stronger than both Donegal and Monaghan. Lo and behold, we have a Tyrone-Down Ulster Final.

Just last weekend he correctly predicted both results on the A side of the qualifier draw and forecasted that Michael Quinlivan’s availability or otherwise would be pivotal in the Cavan-Tipperary clash.

I recall him predicting a facile Munster championship win for Kerry and saying that Mayo looked vulnerable in Connacht too.

I think his only incorrect prediction was Down-Armagh.

@Nembo_Kid is undoubtedly a top, top tipster but don’t forget that I correctly asserted that “Down are back” as far back as late February and correctly tipped them to beat Monaghan as well.

Where did he predict that Down would beat Monaghan?

With the exception of the Armagh Down game and the Tyrone Donegal game the others would have been considered foregone conlusions before the ball was thrown in.

Don’t know why this isn’t on in Castlebar

Strange post.

Sorry, I forgot to write a six stanza poem around it to make it “normal”
