i think he is implying you can do that against dubs and its just a yellow
I canât believe you watched the game. Surely some cricket or tennis was on.the tv?
i love de dubs mate
Thats why Rochford was in such a bad way. He fucking knew they had cracked the code
It was similar to the impact of the McCarthy black card last year, that acceleration from deep up into the attack is a big part of how they open up defences
Youâd wonder but they keep on defying everyone year on year. Can Moran, Higgins and Boyle perform at that level again next year? Hard to see.
In many ways Mayo have been blessed with injuries during this period - the only real serious injuries I can recall in that time have been to the likes of Keane and Cafferkey.
It was a fair point. They just needed Hawkeye to finally award it.
In my opinion if Small wasnât on a yellow at that time the ref would have given a yellow to each player. It was a physical game and he was balancing the books
I thought Dean Rock had an excellent game after a shaky start.
My MOTM
I agree with that. I didnât think that Vaughanâs challenge warranted a straight red but was given as Small correctly got a second yellow.
My favourite moment was when Barrett dispossessed Andrews in the first half. Iâm not a fan of Paddy Andrews.
Not a fan of OâGara either. Today should see him get a decent holiday from the game.
Not blessed. They have had some of the best coaching in ireland
A shocking decision by Gavin to play him. He struggled to pick the ball off the ground at one stage. Had Rochford made a similar decision he would be slated.
Vaughanâs red was as stupid as the come. He went in third man and clattered a man as obviously as small did. Anyone trying to justify it is clinging to the fact that it may have been his upper arm and that they just didnât want to see a mayo fella get a red.
I agree. His ego nearly cost them there.
They are blessed.
Injuries can happen out of your control.
It wasnât a red in a 100 years if it happened isolation.
Vaughan was having a mare. His head was all over the place. He was bad old Mayo epitomised.
Iâm not saying it wasnât stupid but the challenge wasnât serious enough to warrant a straight red. It wasnât a strike it was a high arm and the fact that Small went must have influenced the decision,
Whatâs your problem with Andrews? Surely one of the less controversial Dubs.
