They lost leads to Sligo and Laois late on as well when they had a decent margin with minutes to go.
They’ve got a good set of forwards at the minute, McGeeney just needs to get the defensive structure right and they can kick on. Would never have really been that big of a fan of McGeeney’s but feel some of the stuff being said about him of late is out of order. From what I have heard the players are very fond of him but the results and abject performances to date have him under a lot of pressure.
Would like to see Armagh in an Ulster final this year to shut a few of the McGeeney bashers up.
4 Crossmaglen players started yesterday and Aidan Rushe was on the bench so it contradicts Brolly’s nonsense last year that Cross players don’t want to play for McGeeney.
