On the second slower replay here I think it actually is quite conclusive that he gets clipped

Look at that video I put up, its the third replay actually I think that shows it conclusively. He’s running at pace, one of his feet is in the air and he gets clipped from behind just as he has a decent chance to score, don’t see how its not a penalty
