As I said at the time, Delph deliberately did Harry Kane - Graeme Souness agrees with me, and he, of all people should know.
Yep, I gave Delph the benefit of the doubt but Souness knows more about that sort of carry on than anyone else.

The problem when Delph does that is that his presence is more advantageous to Manchester Cityâs opponents than his absence, so no punishment is possible, really.
