2018 All Ireland Senior Football Championship

Ewan is having an awful time of it of late.

Harbo knows…

Hon Harbo.

McCann meant that, you can see him lift the head.

An awful amount of absolute rubbish posted on here from lads that don’t have a clue but worth persevering with just for the odd gold nugget like the above.

You are in esteemed company.

You’re a rarity here. A shrewd analyst of Gaelic football.

To be fair O’Rourke has mildly pivoted on this now.

Murphy had a meltdown in the second half. He looks finished which is a shame.

McHugh disappeared completely out of the game.

Joanne is an excellent broadcaster.

Outstanding from Tyrone from around the 50th minute onwards.

Lee Brennan, McGeary, Loughran, McCann and Bradley made a huge impact when they came on, the first two in particular.

Cavanagh and Donnelly were excellent too and Morgan had a superb second half with his kick outs and the long range free.

Very disappointing collapse from a Donegal perspective though after being 1-11 to 0-10 up.

Dessie Dolan is a fool. Calling Jamie Brennan Lee Brennan, Lee Brennan Kieran McGeary and Tiernan McCann Conall McCann on numerous occasions. Did a double at one stage saying a poor Lee Brennan miss for Donegal was punished at the other end by McGeary when it was Jamie Brennan missing and Lee Brennan pointing. Also trying to find a square ball for the first goal when McCann floated the handpass across and Loughran clearly ran in to apply the finish, and generally adopting a funereal tone when Tyrone turned it around. He was as upset as Hamilton and Whelan when England conceded in extra time against Croatia.

Monaghan Tyrone is shaping up to be the best All Ireland semi final since Armagh Tyrone in 2005.

Shows the strength in depth of Ulster football when the provincial champions can’t even make the last four of the All-Ireland.

Precisely, sure Tyrone have made won more All Irelands through the back door than through Ulster.

Down have probably come closer to winning an All Ireland than an Ulster in the past 20 odd years.

BOL, send me these tips bro.

I think Tyrone -3 vs Monaghan.
Monaghan need the performance of their careers and 100% focus. Tyrone will be going out of their way to show what a shameless disgraceful shower of cunts they are but Monaghan will be mentally prepared I hope.

It’s a tough one to call but I slightly fancy Tyrone now.

That’s a serious result for them.

Mickey Harte was apparently finished after Monaghan won in Omagh on May 20th.

That game now stands out as having been a serious heavyweight clash in this championship, akin to the Armagh-Tyrone Ulster championship clashes in 2002 and 2005.

It beggars belief that it wasn’t broadcast live.

It was the best atmosphere of any Monaghan game this year, including the Kerry and Galway matches. It was a tactically innovative, attacking and exciting game of football.

My only worry at the minute is Conor Meyler. He’s a vital player for us and I hope it was a case that he was milking it for winding down the clock than it being serious.

There will be a clamour now for McGeary, Brennan etc to start. I’d leave it as it is, they are making big impacts off the bench and if it turns out that they start and don’t go well then it’s something we’re missing. I’d go as is, McShane and Richie Donnelly had really poor outings today but I think it will be a little more open against Monaghan than it was early doors today and both could get more joy, along with McAliskey. They’ve all been good generally this season so I’d go as it was today.
