That was a lovely rope a dope by Daniel Teague on Kyeern Cues. Teague deliberately performed a sloppy solo which ended up two yards ahead of himself. Cues went for it but Teague had cleverly laid a trap for him - Cues couldnât get there and instead ended up clotheslining Teague, getting a yellow card - Teague would have factored in that the referee will almost certainly give a red card very soon, and he can count himself very unlucky that his strategy didnât end in Cues getting a red.
The âover the headâ solo has been very much in evidence since half-time. A great skill of Gaelic football.
