Correct last years epl was rubbish. The English teams were hammered in the champions league.
The 2018/19 season was the peak year of the EPL with all four European finalists, with 2018/19 City a gnatâs pube ahead of 2018/19 Liverpool as the goat EPL side

Nobody cares about the uefa cup only Liverpool fans. In 07/08 3 of the semi finalists in the champions league were English.
Liverpool won a very weak league in 19/20 as evidenced by abysmal performances of the English sides in Europe.
The league looks stronger this year and Liverpool are fifth.
2018/19 City were eliminated by another EPL team. Manchester United were the only big six team to be eliminated by foreign opposition that season. Dragging down the coefficient like this year.
