“I’m delighted for myself”
Funnily enough mine is " If I’d the use of my body, I’d throw myself out the window". Always makes me chuckle
He’s a bit predictable though. As soon as he gets the ball it’s head down and straight at goal. Not a huge amount of subtlety to his game as the moment. He doesn’t really jink, sidestep or dummy or even throw a feint. Just head down and direct at goal. Admittedly it can be very effective as he’s big enough and has a burst of pace over the first few yards. Intercounty defenders will soon cop on that he does the same thing every time though unless he varies it up.
Just looking back at the goals
Keeper didn’t do much to make any harder for Tyrone, or would be a harsh take
He was useless for both.
Very Aidoesque
This Tyrone team have been a breath of fresh air.
Courting the biased Free State media. They’ve already lost the run of themselves.
Down are the aristocrats of Ulster football.
Didn’t Cooper dive and get a player sent off also?
His ability to out and out stand top class defenders up and just skin them before scoring is something you don’t see too often. Mickey Linden was one from the past and James o donoghue and con o Callaghan from more modern times.
Offfft
Down always get the respect from the FSM that the Tyronies secretly crave.
Cooper will be forgotten in 10 years, a Dessie Dolan
I find it hard to believe that @croppy_boy reads Beckett to such extent that he has a favourite quote
Hard to believe anyone in here knows any Beckett. This place is too much of a dead end for such intellect. Look at it. Nothing happens. Nobody comes, nobody goes. It’s awful.
Words are the clothes thoughts wear.
You could say the same about beckett
