When Van Gerwen beat him in the quarters a while back, when Lewis was double World Champion, that knocked the stuffing out of him. Van Gerwen did a Lewis on him and had the measure of him. And Lewis knew it.
People may laugh but Lewis is carrying too much weight to be a top player anymore. No coincidence that Price is best player in the world. In decent nick.
