The WDF’s decision to postpone the World Professional Darts Championship until April is now looking very sensible.
The difference between the two organisations in terms of values and professional administration has been laid bare - the sporting side valued both sporting integrity and the health of the competitors, spectators and everybody else involved, whereas the pdc and Barry 'Earn just saw £££££ signs. Now their tournament has become the farce it was obvious it was always going to be.
