Clare havenât exactly been great but any time theyâve ran at Dublin through the middle, itâs opened up. Itâs really poor from Dublin, not tracking runners properly at all, theyâve switched off for a second or two on multiple occasions and you canât do that at this level.
Dublin themselves could have a couple more goals if they had a bit more threat inside; the ball in is good and theyâre out in front, theyâre just not top inside forwards.
Clare went through a period of energy-sapping wides and Dublin had that at the end of the half, from just before the third goal on. Iâd say they hit 5 wides which were gettable. That would have kept them just about alive.
