Ref having a fairly poor start.
Itās another very watchable game of club football, there have been some really enjoyable games in recent weeks. Hopefully itās a sign that the sport is leaving behind the nonsense tactics we have endured in recent years.
John Heslin has a wonderful, easy, lilting, soothing speaking style. Reminds me of Eric Donovan the boxer who does some commentary for RTE.
Some people are just a natural fit for this stuff.
Dermo is exactly the maverick type that the Sunday Game should be bringing in
They are actually a good pair of pundits
Did Canning say Sean McCague Cup there? Is that correct?
What channel is this on gents?
RTE 2
If this Kirwan lad could finish heād be a beast; 3 points, 3 wides and one dropped into the keeperās hands
Who is Shane on co-commentary?
Canning is awfully mixed up by all the Shaneās - āShane Mannionā.
Sean McCabe
Krokes obviously pulling Dara Mullin early to let him recover for a late cameo appearance.
This is a brilliant game of chaos.
Commiserations @Fagan_ODowd and Pat Kenny.
Mcentee, current meath footballer son of Andy
Was that ball over the post on the Naas shot that went to HawkEye? I canāt rewind.
Naas are going to have a lot of regrets if they donāt close this out. They seem to have the legs.
Mad that (Iām assuming) Naas has only one club for the size of the town. Is it the biggest town in Ireland with just one club? Iām obviously excluding city sides here such as KC, Na Piarsaigh etc
Considering Tralee has a similar pop. and has 4 clubs to its name
Every time Crokes* make a substitution there has to be a big delay now to ensure a count-back takes place.
I hate those sort of cheap fouls that give away a point.
WTF was that boot on the ground
