Cornwall Independence protestor over in the far left corner.
Eire have only ever beaten England twice, in 1949 and 1988.
Meath won the All-Ireland in both 1949 and 1988.
With Meath football having been in a shambolic state for the last 20 years and seemingly getting ever worse, it could be a loooong time before there’s another Eire victory over England.
