2025 Summer Transfer Window

If Liverpool get isak it seems they will be almost unstoppable in epl and Europe but making loads of massive money transfers has rarely worked out that well. Surprised they are moving so far from what seemed a successful strategy

A lot of Hall of Famers gone or ageing. Makes sense to strike while you’ve the maximum pull rather than wait until the problems need to be addressed more urgently

I’d expect Utd to go for him and get him

Delete this for Fucks sake and no more United or man united from now on.

It’s Manchester United.

If they go for Isak then I’d say they’ll sell both Nunez and Diaz to recoup the fee. Possibly Harvey Elliot too which would fund a move for Guehi.

Don’t mind fees really it’s only monopoly money. That aul net spend shoestring budget shark has been well jumped. It’s more the influx of big name signings. Am I wrong or does that often have a tendency to backfire? Maybe it’s to do with team spirit or some intangible. Would look like Liverpool would be unbeatable but maybe it won’t be that simple

There’s 25/1 available if you think it’ll happen.

Proper players don’t go to united anymore

Do you think it’ll happen ? Liverpool have spent 350m or something already this summer and this chap could be another 90-100m. Hes a very similar player to Ekitike playing the same position/role.

United are ruling out a move for Isak. Can’t afford it.

Liverpool have no PSR concerns and could spend another ÂŁ200m if they want.

Watkins to United and Garnacho to Villa could happen. For PSR though it would be 2 seperate deals and not a straight swap.

Man City have brought James Trafford home.

Manchester City are set to re-sign England Under-21 goalkeeper James Trafford for ÂŁ27m, two years after he left to join Burnley.

The 22-year-old City academy graduate signed for the Clarets in a deal worth up to ÂŁ19m in July 2023.

He impressed last season as Scott Parker’s side won promotion back to the Premier League - keeping 29 clean sheets across 45 Championship games - and was named in the division’s team of the year.

City had a buy-back clause for Trafford and also matching rights, allowing them to match any offer from another club.

They have done so following Newcastle’s £27m bid - and Trafford has opted for a return to Manchester.

He is expected to sign a five-year contract with the option for another year at Etihad Stadium.

He will be the fourth goalkeeper at manager Pep Guardiola’s disposal, with Ederson, Stefan Ortega and Marcus Bettinelli already at the club.

It is anticipated Trafford will challenge Brazil’s Ederson, who has been first choice for eight years, for the number one spot.

Garnacho to Chelsea.

120m bid rejected by Newcastle for Isak. Liverpool say they won’t bid again

Sky Sports saying Newcastle are bracing themselves for a second bid.

A bitta knifey spoony going on here. Newcastle need the money. It’s an odd one from Liverpool, they’re really going all in on a player you’d not be sure they need.

120/130 mill is great money for him, a fine player but he’s not Haaland or Kane.

It’s mad money. He probably suits Liverpool’s style more than the two mentioned but won’t find the net as much.

Sell Nunez and Elliot and they’ve a lot of it but I wouldn’t be just sure at that level.
