In 35 yearsâ time Ireland will have a not very good centre back called Evan Parrott.
Nigeria accusing DR Congo of employing voodoo during the penalty shootout.
Do you think we could use some piseogs for the play-offs?
We had Voodoo Ray Houghton yesterday.
Gnabry looks like an absolute booze hound. Sweat is poring out of him. Baller though.
Was going to say he was more of an alcoholic than Sebastien Deisler who retired at 27 with depression rather than due to alcoholism as is sometimes made out.
Imagine if Gnabry and Sane could still runâŚat all
Fella on my stream pronouncing Sane as Zannay really annoying me. Even if he may be correct
Montenegro beating Croatia. Is that a dead rubber or something?
Thatâs not the way we want to remember him. Canât believe Spurs passed on him on a free this summer ![]()
Croatia have qualified afaik. Thatâs the group where the Faroes nearly finished second
Poland being held by Malta. Will that have any effect on their seeding?
Aaron Ramsey pulled out of the World Cup qualifiers because his dog died?
They won 3-2 but got slated by the media after. Pot one.
Kidnapped (or dog napped) no? He was weirdly attached to that dog
Ya I looked it up , he went missing in Mexico. I just heard Danny Murphy and Natalie Sawyer talking about it on TalkSport. Murphy wasnât having any of it. I think heâs still the captain⌠They might be guaranteed a play off through the nations league.
All round bizarre behaviour nonetheless
Definitely.
Doesnât look like pot 3 would be a disaster either given who will be in pot 2. Id take an away semi if it meant a home final. Two home matches would give us loyal season ticket holders serious bang for our buck. Some of the most loyal fans in sport really given some of the dung weâve been served up over the years
Last nightâs games were a bit of a soaking squid but tonightâs card has significant play-off seeding ramifications for Ireland with the Wales-North Macedonia & Austria-Bosnia clashes. Thereâs huge League of Scotland (cc @ChairmanDan) interest on TFK & the Scotland-Denmark game at Hampden is massive for the jockos. They need a win to top the group & to qualify for their first World Cup since France â98.
It didnât affect the drama in our group at all but goal difference rather than head-to-head being the first differentiator has spoilt some of the final group games. I know Norway hammered Italy in the San Siro anyway but they were 3 points ahead of them & over 20 goals better off going into it. A couple of similar games tonight where the leader has a 3-point gap over the side theyâre playing & an unassailable goal difference so thereâs no potential for drama.
