24 more days lads. What an opportunity in lots of ways. Some things I’ll be doing/not doing
-Daily yoga
-blanking the phone from 10-2
-not gambling (I know lads…)
-at least 5 hiit sessions a week and 2 jogs
-only drinking 2 nights a week(haven’t been boozing that heavily but we’ve had a beer/glass of wine with dinner most nights.I’ll be delighted if I get good results on most of these.

Not at present. The yoga is fairly meditative anyway. Just know I’d be pissed off with myself if I came out the other side of this without addressing some of the issues i have with myself.

Who are you watching following for the hiit sessions ?
Anything. Sometimes the kids make up a circuit and we do it together. Or a Joe wicks. Or old ones from a local fella. He’s actually doing freenones by zoom at the moment a few times a week. I’d say his is the sort of business which could really suffer when this all goes away.

He was talking about blanking my phone for 4 straight hours but the fact that I didn’t even know there were games on in Belarus is some improvement!
This is going alright lads. My fucked back is preventing a more strenuous level of exercise but the blinking the phone for 4 hours is an absolute blessing. I’d highly recommend it.
I’m doing a savage amount of walking but I’m finding the weights at home a bit shit. Missing the gym a terror
