24 more days lads. What an opportunity in lots of ways. Some things I’ll be doing/not doing
-Daily yoga
-blanking the phone from 10-2
-not gambling (I know lads…)
-at least 5 hiit sessions a week and 2 jogs
-only drinking 2 nights a week(haven’t been boozing that heavily but we’ve had a beer/glass of wine with dinner most nights.
I’ll be delighted if I get good results on most of these.
Plenty of it. I think I’ve lost a bit of weight lately. I’d say it’s not from jogging anyway as I have been going fairly slow. My high HR exercise has been indoors
