So to answer my own question any result is possible. All but two states use a winner-take-all approach to the 538 electoral votes. These are Maine and Nebraska.
Rather than allotting all the state’s electoral points to the winner of the statewide popular vote, some of their electoral votes are split up between Maine’s two and Nebraska’s three congressional districts.
Now for you…
Harris 270 is entirely possible and a very likely outcome. .
It happens if she takes all the rust belt and he takes the 4 sunbelt states and each takes the one vote in NE and ME they are each expected to take.
