I am in the process of re-locating to Limerick from the south east in work and I am trying to get back to playing a bit of 5 a side on a reasonably regular basis. I had been playing a bit of the Night Owl league in kilkenny. Is there anything similar in Limerick? Does anybody know of where I could start playing a bit of 5 a side or indoor soccer in Limerick? Anybody know of a team looking for players? Nothing too serious or high octane, bear in mind that yours truly is over 35 with two chisellers under 15 months.

Don’t mind that. I’m co-managing/playing for a team this year in Limerick’s lowest division. Come down and train one night a week and turn up Sunday afternoon for games- I went back playing last year after 7 years away and it was great craic… you’re never too old. Once you can take a few kicks and dish a few out you’ll be grand.
He is not looking for tag rugby I’d say !!!
