Yeah I’ve always felt that lads doing it would be very susceptible to picking up an injury at some stage. I’d be notably fresher in a match if I wasn’t overdoing it during the few days leading up to it. A rest day is needed once or twice a week too. Not even inter-county players like your namesake Kyler would be going at two sessions every day.
