As opposed to your wonderfully informed cry of libel which hasnt existed since 09.

Extremely debateable as to whether it was defamatory either and, even if so, it would hardly be actionable

I presume you get the meaning, changing the name of the act doesn’t mean that the word ceases to exist.

I may not be able to bring a case against him but I’ve reported him to tftk admin, yahoo, google, microsoft, aol and many other email service providers. That will show him.

Post of the fucking year. Well played mate
I slept terribly last night actually, but that was because of giddiness due to the NFL Draft taking place in New York. Getting back to the point at hand, I like to think the building blocks I put in place as an audit senior helped my successor audit teams to uncover some of the outrageous financial scandals that unfortunately slipped past my own team.

But there’s a real failure on this thread to acknowledge that auditing is a complex activity with severe time constraints and reporting deadlines. When you think about it, an audit team of 4 or 5 can be going into an organisation employing thousands for a couple of weeks to ultimately report on what those thousands together did over an entire year.

It’s therefore nigh on impossible to say with certainty that everything’s all fine and dandy, especially if you’ve spent the most part of the audit playing Football Manager and Stick Cricket on your laptop.

Yet still the begrudgers and cynics continue with their sickening sniping at the auditing profession. It seriously pisses me off at times.
but its not fair that they make you study so hard for 3 years and load you with all that information and make you feel like you’re making a difference when all you really need to remember is your signature and to bring a pen and on fridays a change of clothes so you can drink your face off all weekend clinging to the hope that monday never comes…its just wrong Poundage…

And joined by the house husband of a failed asylum seeker

Some of the stupidest posts in the history of TFK are on this thread.

I didn’t study hard at all, bro. But you make some valid points otherwise.

May the Lord bless you for having the foresight to start it.

there are none so blind as those who will not see…

I get a real sense on this thread of envy and jealousy from those who didn’t possess the intelligence, focus and (in my case) genius to qualify as a chartered accountant.

And those who haven’t been following the equine thread this week

Why do you always have to make it so personal Art?

It’s not really a mark of great intelligence bando, just the ability to regurgitate pages of shit and transfer stuff from a book.

To the credit there is alot of resilience and determination needed to achieve these exams and that I certainly admire. But I know a few pretty generally thick cunts who have made it thru as well.

Rocko really struggles with people with alternative views.

An ability to regurgitate would not be sufficient to succeed in chartered accountancy exams. For example, you need to make an assessment as regards what accounting standard is applicable and how it should be applied in the specific question. It’s not simply a case of learning off an accounting standard and writing it out. Same principle applies to the practical questions asked in the other subjects too.

Bandage could you outline what your CPD would generally consist of and whether you feel that it is of use to you in your daily work activities?

Dunno pal. I’ve never done any.

Fuck you pikeman you bland cunt

By far my favourite thread ever to appear on this cesspit.
number one i have not posted since sat night
number two there is a serious issue here with certain posters being allowed to insinuate child abuse and get away with it because they are bum fcuking the admins or providing some other such critical service
number three this thread which is top of the forum list turns out to be about child abuse allegations and the removal of someone or other for something or other
number 4 mr fungal ravings obsession with my good self is utterly exposed by the following posts on a topic which i have nothing to do with and have not posted on before this. if that does not support the allegations made by others on this very topic regarding the moronic modding here than its hard to see what does.

if there is some other reason for this fcuker to be posting such stuff simply because i have gotten under his skin to this extent i would love to hear it.
cue bluster and bullshit from the spanner below
