@Rocko did you accidentally fuck with your @Bandage bot? Heās had a pop at me on a couple of different threads for very little reason.
It might be no harm to close the site for an hour or two to allow certain posters calm down a little.
Some of the recent posts are unbecoming of this forum and lads need to realise that ill-advised comments have been publicly posted. A threat to oneās workplace is bang out of order.
I donāt want to go all Gerry Collins on it but something will be burst if this endless vitriol isnāt curbed.

This place is extremely leniently moderated, for the good of the place. A hands off approach is good.
Iām not sure how the moderation team can deal with such a threat.

People should relax and self police their own content rather than expect the moderators to pick through the shit that gets posted regularly. They have lives too. We have seen with the passing of Joeplayer how people came together and what a force for good the forum can be. More recently with Backinatracksuit and Mac who both raised a load of money for very worthy causes by sharing their own stories about their own losses in an intimate way. Locke has done something similar in the past. And ironmike had a refuge to come and eulogise about all the future pints heād have when he overcame cancer. There are many more positive examples. So the message should be to grow the fuck up and donāt ruin it for the rest of us. The 2020 hurling championship promises to be the best one in a long time.
