A new low for Israel. How low can they go?

Anyone with nukes I’d imagine.

If there was any justice in this world Israel would be being bombed about 500 times harder than the Serbs were in 1999.

The Japanese apparently did this to prisoners of war, though probably without the level of scientific knowledge available to Israel. This is a holocaust.

A highly controversial pro-Palestine march is due to start in 4 hours. Leaving the CBD and heading north across the Harbour Bridge to Milson’s Point.

50k expected but I suspect the weather will keep the numbers a bit lower. NSW Police had a last minute Supreme Court bid to prohibit the match THROWN OUT.

Yalla yalla

Milsons Point is a savage part of the city. Lovely awkward looking houses built on half a site with a gorgeous view back into the city

It’s beautiful. Luna Park amusements right under the shadows of the Harbour Bridge is an epic experience.

Isn’t there an Olympic size swimming pool close by? Lovely spot to sit on the heath with a bag of cans of an Autumn evening

50m right next to it alright. It’s been shut for about 4 years now after a simple refurbwent awry. Should be open for Summer. Wasn’t used in the 2000 Olympics despite being a TV producer’s wet dream.

Why is it highly controversial?

It is the first political/protest march that has taken place on Sydney harbour bridge which didn’t sit well with local officials.

Good to see Julian Assange in the crowd.

Ah it’s not. There was protests about Iraq back in the day and more recently 50k LGBTQIs shut the bridge down.

In simple terms, shutting down any highway in/out of a city for political reasons would be considered controversial @glasagusban .

But please, fuck off, with any follow up questions. I have a Jurassic beef stew just ready for the spuds now.

I’m only going off local news here who says it was the first protest march on the bridge

If you’re still in the Central Coast, I can understand how you’ve been misled.

CC @Fitzy

Quick follow up question, what’s a Jurassic beed stew?

It’s the first anti war march across the bridge. There have been marches across the bridge, for example for Reconciliation.
Over 100k marched today and fair play to all of them. Including Fitzy Jnr wearing his Kneecap tee, he sent this photo.

I seen this TikTok of what side various Hollywood actors are on. All of the Australians bar Mel were team BB which was disappointing.

I see the Auschwitz Museum is antisemitic now too.
