Iâve already laid that out two posts above- The Palestinian people are not the ones squeezing the Israelisâ to death in their own land. Palestinians have a right to fight back against encroaching Israeli occupiers⌠Israel should retreat , give Palestinians back sections of their lands and get on with the two state solution as best they can.
Thatâs simply nonsense. Hamas are one of many Islamist groups in the region, they are hardly unique. They do have one common goal though which is to convert the entire region (and planet if they could) to Islam and slaughter infidels like you. I find it fascinating that lads who supposedly care about human rights actively fly the flags of groups that treat women like animals, execute gays for being gay, behead people for being the wrong religion, make their religion the law of the land, etc.
There are 2 million Arabs living in Israel, and 7 million overall including the occupied territories, up from 1 million in 1948. Where is the evidence that Israel has tried to or wants to âwipe them outâ. Surely with all their military might they could do what Europeans did to Jews in the 1930s/40s easily enough?

Sorry but in every situation where people are being oppressed on the basis of their race or ethnicity or religion or whatever, youâre going to get extremists, itâs inevitable. Itâs the nature of oppression.
What you are doing is tarring the entirety of the Palestinian people as animals because of Hamas, and trying to delegitimise the cause of the Palestinian people because Hamas exist.
Itâs the exact same as tarring all Northern Catholics as animals because the Provos existed.

In every situation where you have oppression you have extremists? Where are the extremists resisting oppression in Muslim majority countries in the ME? You know oppression like lack of democracy, womenâs rights, religious rights, gay rights, as in most of the social justice causes that liberals should care about. Where are the Christian extremists in north Africa, the ME and Nigeria? Or does oppression of non Muslims in these countries not matter? Why is it that leftists like yourself care so deeply about Israelâs oppression of Palestinians (a correct position) but couldnât give a toss about oppression of moderate Muslims and non Muslims in many Muslim majority countries? In fact to criticize said regimes and Islamists in general is racist in your opinion.
I agree with the cause of the Palestinian people, they should have their own state, hopefully governed by more moderates like the PA and nor Islamists. I would worry though about the intentions of Iran and other actors in the region who would love to see an Islamist state of Palestine. Denying this is just head in the sand stuff and frankly anti-Semitic. It betrays your real goal which is to see all Jews slaughtered.
As for Ireland, Iâm an Irish Republican, and unlike you not ashamed of it. The Irish Republic was established democratically in 1918 when Sein Fein won 77 seats against their opponents who won 28, I would say that was a mandate for independence from Britain. Too bad the British government at the time didnât respect democracy.

Israel has recently approved for more settlements to go up ⌠Theyâre the aggressors, always have been and always will be. They blockade all international help from reaching the besieged Palestinian people as they steal more and more of their land and impoverish them, all the while being protected and armed by America.
