Lamb cutlets are a delicacy lately. Have you seen the price of them?
And the wife says you can’t buy mutton chops any more; it’s all dressed up as lamb now.
I miss the mutton we used to eat as children. Used be lovely in a stew. Nearest thing you’ll get to it is goat.

I have indeed. By that Imean I’ve seen the price of them and that’s it. Exorbitant.
That said I have 2 grand racks of lamb sitting there in the fridge - half price today - Tesco…
