No answer?
iv answered that already but theres a good chance you missed it
Sorry mate, I did indeed miss it. Was it yes or no?
i need the stats on 12 year olds carrying babies from rape before i form an opinion
How about we ignore the age, although with the revelations about some clergy its bizarre to think that it has never happened.
69 births to underage mothers in 2016 of which 20 were to under 15s.
How many were rapes?
All of them wouldve been (statutory) rapes.
Iām all for TFK wind ups. Weāve had some memorable ones and even some ongoing ones, like lads claiming Joe Canning was a deserved HOTY in 2017 or that rubby is a sport.
But it really saddens me to see the same tiresome chaps whoāve barely made a sincere or genuine post in their TFK years carrying on with this āmurdering babiesā stuff.
What a pathetic way to get your INTERNET kicks. Especially when you consider that we have 37 faithful and true TFK posters, so thereās a strong probability that at least 2 or 3 of them may have had to deal with a fatal fetal abnormality.
It really shames the forum. @Rocko, letās discuss this at next Monday morningās administrator and moderator meeting.
Blurring the lines and making out that repealing the 8th is merely about walk in abortions for all because they had a one night stand and dont want to face up to their mistakes ā¦ -i.e the standard @Locke scare tactics.
Repealing the 8th is about removing something that allows doctors to save lives ā the other conversation about abortion can follow later ā¦ but we have a care of duty to protect our amazing Irish women.
Iām with our excellent health minister Simon Harris on this one. Iām pro-life and pro-choice.

i think you should begin banning those who use sensationalist headline grabbing hypothetical situations to further their agenda across all topics, such as āwe must allow abortion incase 12 year old rape victims become pregnantā.
the little phase may have passed but you should also ban individuals in the future who use the term ārape apologistā unless of course they are clearly defending a convicted rapist for rape.
The backlash from the rape trial case will see a lot of angry feminists and lefty loon bots out in force to make sure the 8th is repealed ā They are truly mobilized now and their will be no stopping them.
Imagine if itās a no vote ā¦ the meltdown on social media would be like nothing weāve seen before.
No fear of that, this will be a landslide
Youād actually have women throwing themselves in front of buses and having friends upload it to social media ā¦ it would be unparalleled.
the ridiculous shrieking coming out of them will turn an awful lot of people. they are quite clearly very very irrational people who are going to get a lot of media coverage and you will be faced with the option of taking their side.
keep shrieking you crazy lunatics.
You think repeal will win by a landslide?
Iām counting in a no vote to give this country its voice back.
I donāt know about a landslide but my sources are saying about 2/3 in favor of repeal. Itās part of Irelandās maturing as a nation, the awakening to a world outside Catholic dogma that started with the divorce referendum.
Think carefully about voting no lads, women deserve equal standing in society and that included deciding whether they want to be pregnant or not. If youāe going to start blaming them for mistakes, then maybe start taking ownership for your own.
Many women want to vote yes.
This is about people not wanting to take responsibility for their own reckless behaviour. The unborn are the most vulnerable in society and need to be stood up for.
