They segregate pedestrians from the roads in London. A crush zone for cyclists.
They have segregated bike lanes on Leeson Street. You still get cyclists overtaking other cyclists out in main traffic.

As a Dublin cyclist I have decided that I would HATE to have SEGREGATED bike lanes in Dublin because I donāt want to have to wait at traffic lights every time I want to turn right. Irish cyclists would just break those lights anyway, it would be pointless. On rare occasions where I think a right turn is too dangerous to take on my bike I just pull in and use the pedestrian crossing.
Putting Pedal to the metal now I see. Heres some advice, the harder you step on the gas in the morning on your way to work, the more lives you are likely to inflict upon, many of whom will be defenseless children. So go crazy bro, the thrill must be exhilerating
