By âsegregated bike laneâ I assume you mean that there would be a second little kerb between the bike lane and the car lane, so the bike lane would be flanked by a kerb to the footpath on the left and a kerb to the road on the right.
That wouldnât prevent hardly any of the instances in your videos. Most of these instances are when the road forks to the left. The cyclist decides to go straight and the motorist decides to go left. How would a second kerb or a segregated bike lane help that? It might even make it worse, just because it might put the motorist at too much ease. Also youâd still get pedestrians stepping out into the bike lane when the footpath is too narrow, like in the video Iâm replying too. Also, what about cars who want to load or park?

Why would you undertake a left turning vehicle? I wouldnât do it in a car, let alone on a bike.

Whatâs going to happen when the cyclist wants to continue on straight and the car wants to go left? Does the segregated cycle lane float over the road, or go under a tunnel for every left turn? Iâm not convinced that you have a fucking notion what youâre on about, sorry.

ok, it seems to me that you have designed a SEGREGATED cycle lane in your head & not surprisingly it isnt fit for purpose.
This may come as a shock to you but town planners in more progressive countries have managed to design SEGREGATED bike lanes that allow cars to turn left. I believe there are things called traffic lights which may come in handy in this situation
