Yea, Evo was crazy, but there was logic to it and he did like an auld wind up.
I agree on Evo, I used have fierce battles with him on the rugby. What used grind my gears was he could have contributed to savage debate on the topic but he couldnt resist just having consistent ridiculous cracks off all things Munster just to get a reaction.

In fairness I could never understand the begrudgery of the whole Munster winning the Heineken. Most sporting people alone never mind the rugby fraternity wanted Munster to reach their holy grail. Iād say even most of the Leinster contingent didnāt begrudge them the sucess theyāve had.
What probably drove you nuts about Evo was with the success Munster had, brought with them the usual bandwagoners that you get with any successful team be it GAA/soccer etc. Hence he was always jibing along those lines and the PLC etc etc. He knew it was driving you cracked. Made for entertaining reading from my perspective though, lol.
I couldnāt get over that either. I always thought Fitzy was a decent chap but I couldnāt for the life of me figure out why he left AFR off with that. I was full sure he had gone blind or was just plain stupid.
