Great avatar mate, and that’s top tack you’re drinking there. I had a few bottles of Franziskaner Weissbier tonight, I had received a bit of good news earlier in the day and its a little tradition of mine to have a few alcoholic beverages after receiving good news.

That’s a lovely little tradition you have there for yourself, I sometimes do that myself, but I wouldn’t call it a little tradition of mine. Funnily enough, I am just in then middle of a little tradition of mine, having a drink before getting a flight, I have been doing it since 1997

I’m telling you it’s good stuff. Much darker than in that picture. Closer to a stout than a beer. Fermented in the bottle. 5.3% and pricey at about €3 a bottle. Hard enough to get around Limerick. Not in Dunnes or Tescos on our side of town anyway.
Supervalue had a hape of it. It was on a 4 for 10 euro special to celebrate October festival.
They do it on tap in Germany. Pulled the same way as stout. Like an angel on your tongue.
Germany is a dangerous place if you like your beer. Some fantastic brews there

There’s laws about laws in Germany chief. I couldn’t tell you off the top of my head regarding beer laws. But their standard of beer is so high over there you will rarely get a bad one.
It’s the called the German purity law. I have mentioned it a good few times here
True, there is some law alright though. I’m almost sure of it.
